Ixare – Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this privacy policy (« Policy »). This Policy describes how we collect and use information from you (“user”, “you”, “your”) when you access and play with our games (“Games”).

This policy is a legally binding agreement between you and the developer IXARE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing and using our games, you consent to this policy and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, do not install nor use the game. If you are under age of 16 years, you are not allowed to use our games.

We collect personal data and information when you are using our game in the following ways: 

Information collected automatically: When you use the game, we automatically collect information (through third-party products) such as your IP address, device type, operating system version, language preferences, information about your use of the game or game play preferences. The statistical information is not aggregated by us in such a way that makes possible the identification of any of our users. 

Information you provide: You can access and use the game without giving us any information by which we can identify you. You may contact us and provide us information such as name and e-mail address if you need support.

Use of Information

The information collected through our games may be used for the following purposes:

  1. To run and operate our games and services – for instance, we record and use information such as game progress to provide a proper game service.
  2. To maintain and improve the game using the statistical information (crash logs…).
  3. To personalize your experience, including serving you with advertisements that may be of interest to you.
  4. To enhance the security of our services.
  5. To provide support if you contact us.
  6. To enforce our policies and comply with legal obligations.

We may disclose information collected through our games as follows:

  • Right of access and information: you have the right to receive confirmation of whether or not your personal data are being processed, and, when it is the case, access to your personal data. You have also the right to be informed about how your Personal Data is processed.

  • Right to withdraw consent: you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This withdrawal cannot affect the legality of the process done before the withdrawal. If you do not accept our Policy anymore, you cannot continue to use our games and services.
  • Right of erasure: you have the right to ask for an erasure of your personal data. As it’s not an absolute right, in some cases, we may have legal or legitimate reasons to continue to store your Personal Data.
  • Right to restrict processing: you also have the right, in certain case, to restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability: you have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this information to any recipient you choose.
  • Right to oppose: You have the right to oppose the processing of your Personal Data if the process is based on our legitimate interests. We will cease handling your Personal Data, unless there is a legitimate basis justifying its continued use. You also have the right at any time to oppose the handling of your Personal Data for commercial marketing purposes. 
  • Right to submit a claim: you have the right to submit a claim to the supervisory authority to which you belong if you think that that the processing of your personal data infringes this regulation.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Those countries and jurisdictions may have different data protection than your country.

The Game may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing them with information. ​We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions. 

Retention of information

We will retain and use your information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations and to provide the service, unless required by law or unless we accept your request to delete the information.

After you update or delete an information, we may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating this information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or services. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
